In Deutschland hört man nichts von solchen Aufrufen, weil natürlich auch die Leute einen Aufstand machen würden und sagen, wo sollen wir denn Atemmasken herbekommen, selbst die Krankenhäuser haben ja keine mehr.

As coronavirus spreads, it has become a worldwide pandemic that has everybody involved. At this moment, I’d like to deliver my best wishes to all of you, especially to those who are now in epidemic areas. May you take good care of you and your families and we know that we will beat the virus!

As China is now partially returning to work after the unprecedented long quarantining Spring Festival, we feel we’re capable to share some verified experiences. In the near future, life must continue, albeit, lived in a more mindful manner. The coronavirus is transmitted through droplets and contact transmission, the latter having a higher infection risk. So during the outbreak, please always wash your hands with soap and wear a facemask in crowds.

Talking about the facemasks, we have brought some good news. We now have access to some good quality facemasks. To our estimate, each of you can get ~30 facemasks, so if you need them, please provide your delivery address and we will deliver them to you.

If you need something else, such as disinfectant, please let us know and we’ll see whether we can access them.
