5.Meine Einschätzung:
Die Parallelität zu dem link mit der watchlist ist zu auffällig. Darüber hinaus macht der Mann auch Fehler. Wenn man Möbel für Deutschland aus Rumänien kaufen möchte, dann würde mich interessieren, wie das mit der „shipping company“ funktionieren soll. Übers Schwarze Meer oder über die Donau? Fest steht, das würde die Kosten für den Transport mindestens auf das Doppelte erhöhen, wenn nicht noch mehr. Darüber hinaus ist die Gefahr der Beschädigung auf diesem Transportweg viel zu hoch.
Was noch dazukommt, ist die Tatsache, dass derselbe Mann, der ja eigentlich an Möbel für seine Behausung in Deutschland interessiert ist (Am buying it internationally to my Home in Germany) auch auf eine andere Verkaufsanzeige in der selben Seite geantwortet hat, wo ich eine Vakuumpumpe zum Verkauf angeboten habe.
Zur Erklärung: So etwas benötigt man in speziellen Fabriken, eventuell auch im professionellen Obsthandel, wo man die Früchte in luftdichten Hallen einlagert und dann ein Vakuum erzeugt, mit dem Zweck, die Haltbarkeit der Früchte resp. den Schutz vor dem Anfaulen auf entsprechende Zeit zu verlängern.
Fazit: Der angebliche Kaufinteressent ist unseriös, evtl. auch ein Betrüger, vor dem in dem watchlist-link gewarnt wird.
6.Wie gehe ich nun weiter vor:
Natürlich könnte ich den Kontakt sofort abbrechen, und die Sache wäre damit erledigt. Andererseits wurmt es mich, dass solche Zeitgenossen die Gutgläubigkeit von Leuten ausnützen und diese ungestraft hereinlegen können. Nicht jeder hat einen Fachmann an der Hand, so wie ich, der vor derartigen Dingen aufgrund seiner beruflichen Kenntnis warnen kann.
Ich werde nun dem Mann folgendes Mail schreiben, unter Berücksichtigung der Warnungen im link, wie sich das weitere Vorgehen bei ähnlichen Dingen entwickeln wird:

No other way is possible.

7.Spekulation, was nun passieren kann:
Entweder der Mann riecht den Braten und meldet sich nicht mehr. Welche Infos hat er dann von mir, die den Datenschutz betreffen:
Meinen vollen Namen, den Namen der Stadt in Rumänien, und eine Telefonnummer des Handys, die ich nur für die Abwicklung der Verkäufe verwende. Meine übliche Telefonnummer, über die ich meine anderen privaten oder beruflichen Dinge abwickle, ist anders.
Damit könnte ich leben.
Willigt er aber (evtl. zum Schein) darauf ein, um meine Kontonummer zu erfahren, dann bekommt er eine Nummer. Dabei bin ich mit dem zuständigen Mann für mein Konto in der Filiale der Bank in dauerndem Kontakt. Welches Konto der „Käufer“ dann bekommt, vereinbare ich mit dem Mann bei der Bank. Fest steht, dass auf diesem Konto dann nichts drauf ist und dieses nach Erledigung des „Dramas“ gelöscht wird.
Damit will ich erreichen, dass man an eventuell an nähere Informationen drankommt, was die Identität des Mannes betrifft. Vielleicht an seine Kontonummer, was z. B. bei einem illegalen Abbuchungsversuch möglich wäre. Oder auch an andere Daten.
Diese Daten kann man dann per Anzeige an die österr. Polizeibehörde weitergeben, um mit etwas Glück dem Mann sein Handwerk zu legen. In Österreich ist man, was den Aufbau der Ahndung von Kriminalität im Net betrifft, zwar noch in der Aufbauphase, aber immerhin schon weiter als in Rumänien, wo die Polizei solche Vorgänge höchstens mit einem Achselzucken quittiert.
